
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3.5 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
Mix all dry ingredients, add wet ingredients. Pour into cupcake liners. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Turns out really yummy/moist if you do 20 minutes instead of 25. Original recipe found
